How is my order shipped?
Orders placed in Canada : Our base shipping (Expedited Parcel) has a shipping time of 1-7 business days. There is also an option for faster shipping using Xpresspost, which has a shipping time of 1-3 business days.
US orders: We use tracked packet which has a shipping of 3-14 days.
Other international orders : Tracked packet is used to provide a secure and fast service. Shipping time is 6-14 business days. Please note your order may take longer if it is held up in customs.
How much does shipping cost?
Canada:
Expedited Parcel - 1-7 business days $10.00 CAN
Express Post 1-3 business days $15.00 CAN
US:
Tracked Packet 3-14 business days $12.00 CAN
Expedited Parcel USA 4-7 business days $25.00 CAN
Duties and taxes?
Some countries will charge duties on international packages and others will not, making it hard to predict. Please note that we have no control over how your country charges duties. Please find out about your country’s customs and duties policies if you’re concerned. If charges incur, we are not responsible for them. Any taxes will be applied to your purchase automatically if applicable.
Returns and Exchanges
If you have any problems with your order please contact us and we will be happy to resolve the situation. We do not accept returns or exchanges so please take the time to make sure this is the piece that best suits you.
Where is my order?
Once your purchase goes through, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please note that we have a 3 day dispatch time on top of the shipping time. This gives up time to make and package your order.
